Villano IV suffers serious injury.

On the September 21, 1998 edition of WCW Monday Nitro, Raven and Kanyon had a match against Villano IV and Villano V.

Shortly after the match started, Raven and Kanyon placed Villano IV in a powerbomb/neckbreaker position and dropped down. Unfortunately, Kanyon didn't drop as quickly as Raven did and the result was Villano 4 dropped on the top of his head.

Raven either sensed something went wrong or heard something go wrong has he almost immediately broke character and grabbed at Villano trying to keep his head positioned. Referee Nick Patrick called for the bell and Villano V, either not realizing what happened or trying to stay in character (or both), attacked Raven and Kanyon who pretty much no-sold it as Kanyon threw him out of the ring, and continued looking after Villano IV.

After a minute or so, Raven and Kaynon left as WCW Trainer Danny Young entered the ring and began to examine Villano IV. The injured man laid nearly motionless for 5 minutes before being able to walk out of the ring with some help.
