The Undertaker Falls Through Elimination Chamber Cage.

During the WWE PPV No Way Out that took place on February 17, 2008 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, The Undertaker, Batista, The Great Khali (w/Ranjin Singh), Finlay, Montel Vontavious Porter and Big Daddy V (w/Matt Striker) were involved in an Elimination Chamber match.

At one point during the match The Undertaker was head butted and sent crashing into the door of the chamber. The door wasn’t properly locked as intended and The Undertaker flew through the chamber to the ground, much to the surprise of himself and the referees who’s job it was to ensure the cage was properly locked. After The Undertaker got back into the cage, a great effort was made to ensure that it was locked securely.

Luckily this was done very quickly as The Undertaker was again slammed into the cage door.
