The Ultimate Warrior Gets Off Balance.

During the WWE PPV Wrestlemania V that took place on April 2, 1989 at the Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Rick Rude (with Bobby Heenan) took on The Ultimate Warrior in a singles match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship.

At one point in the match Warrior went for a back breaker, after the move Warrior attempted to pick him back up and follow up with another move.

Warrior got off balance and fell into the ropes and awkwardly dropped his opponent.
