Triple H falls to early for the RKO.

On January 07, 2007 during WWE's New Years Revolution main event Tag-Team Title match that saw Rated-RKO (Edge and Randy Orton) take on D-Generation X (Triple H and Shawn Michaels) from the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri.

During the match, HHH gave Randy Orton a spine buster. The impact caused HHH's quadriceps tendon to tear completely off the bone and kneecap in his right leg, This injury caused a few slip ups during the match, this, being one of them.

Randy Orton Went for his finisher, The RKO, only to have HHH fall too early causing the move to come out awkward. Jim Ross Quickly covered it up by saying HHH's leg went out on him.
