Shiryu lands on his head from the top rope.

During New Japan Pro Wrestling's Best of the Super Juniors '98 that took place from May 16 to June 3, Koji Kanemoto took on Shiryu (Kaz Hayashi) in a tournament match.

At one point in the match Shiryu went for a top rope hurricanrana and Koji countered with what was supposed to be a Powerbomb.

Shiryu however rotated too far into the hurricanrana and landed directly on his head. Luckily he was not seriously injured.
