Sabu slips off the top during Triple Jump Moonsault.

During the IWS show Un F'n Sanctioned 2006 that took place on Saturday, June 3rd, 2006 at the Bar le Medley in Downtown Montreal, The Green Phantom and Dru Onyx vs. Pierre Carl Ouellet and Sabu in a Tag Team Grudge Match.

At one point in the match Sabu went for the triple jump moonsault on The Green Phantom.  However as Sabu went to the top rope, he slipped off and fell to the outside.
