Sabu breaks his jaw moonsaulting onto a table leg.

On December 5th, 1997, Sabu & Rob Van Dam took on The Sandman & Tommy Dreamer in a tag-team match.

At one point, Sabu went for one of his infamous moves, the triple-jump moonsault, onto the Sandman. However, prior to the attempt, a table was broken upside in the middle of the ring with one of the table legs sticking straight up.

Sabu executed the move perfectly, with exception to the fact that he busted his jaw across the erected table leg. He quickly rolled out of the ring as Rob Van Dam attacked the Sandman and bought Sabu some time. Later that night, Sabu discovered he has fractured his jaw, an injury that would put most wrestlers on the shelf for weeks or months at a time.

So what does Sabu do? Tapes his jaw shut with bandages and wrestles the very next night with the injury.
