Rick Steiner falls off the top rope.

On November 22, 1992, IWGP Tag Team Champions The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott) defended their IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles against Tony Halme & Scott Norton.

During the match, after being beaten on for most of the match, Rick made a hot tag to Scott who came in the ring and cleaned house, but eventually got thrown outside the ring. This prompted Rick Steiner to climb the top rope and dish-out a clothesline.

At least that's what was suppose to happen. Instead Rick Steiner's big come back was him falling flat on his face.
