Rebecca Payne gashes her finger on barbed-wire.

During the finals of IWA Mid-South's "Queen of the Death Match" tournament, Mickie Knuckles took on Rebecca Payne in a weapons deathmatch.

At one point in the match, Knuckles gave Payne a suplex onto a wooden platform wrapped in barbed-wire. When Payne landed, her right hand was stabbed by one of the barbs, creating a nasty and very bloody wound. To make matters worst, the tape that was wrapped around her hand kept the blood flow going steady.

Luckily, the finger gash was the only injury of the match.
