Olimpico lands head-first on the concrete.

On January 21, 2005, during a tag-team match at CMLL's television taping at Arena Mexico, Olimpico was injured when he performed a plancha towards his opponent.

Olimpico landed head-first on the concrete, knocking himself out, and forcing himself out of the rest of the match.
