Mad Man Pondo gashes Mitch Page's head with clock..

On June 24, 2000, one of the most violent wounds in one of the shortest matches ever in the world of ultraviolent wrestling happened at the expence of Mitch Page.

During the very early minutes of the IWA-MS match, Pondo grabbed a grandfather clock laying in the ring, turned it on to let the fans know it was real, and then smashed it glass-first against Page's skull.

Within seconds, blood began pouring down Page's white shirt in massive amounts. The referee signaled for help and you can hear a stand-by asking for someone to call an ambulance. Both Pondo and Page broke character and the match stopped without a bell even being rung.

A huge peice of flesh from the wound laid over Page's ear and you can actually see Pondo grab for it in the video. Page recieved over 100 stiches for the wound the match lasted less than 2 minutes.
