Jerry Lynn falls to the floor and breaks his nose..

During ECW's Hardcore Heaven 99' pay-per-view on May 16 in Poughkeepsie, New York, "The Whole F'N Show" Rob Van Dam with manager Bill Alfonzo was defending his television title in a rematch against "The New F'N Show" Jerry Lynn. Lynn's nickname was garnered to him by the ECW fans during his and Van Dam's amazing match months earlier.

Their rematch was just as impressive as the first match, despite Lynn's severe nose injury. When Van Dam had Lynn on the top rope, he knocked Lynn to the floor. Unfortunately, Lynn's foot caught hook of the top-rope and caused him to land face-first hard on the mats.

Lynn was unconscious for minutes, causing Van Dam to buy time by lightly kicking him, posing for the crowd, kneeling next to Lynn, and talking to his manager Bill Alfonzo. When Lynn started moving, small to large size puddles of blood were surrounding Lynn's face. He had broke his nose on the fall. Van Dam even had to pick Lynn up as dead weight to bring him back into the ring before Lynn finally regained consciousness.

Lynn recovered and the two finished the match to [another] standing ovation.
