Mark Jindrak botches hurricanrana.

On May 6, 2004, during a Smackdown match taped for WWE Velocity, Mark Jindrak took on Scotty 2 Hotty in a one-on-one match.

Towards the end of the match, Jindrak attempted a hurrircanrana on Scotty, but for whatever reason, Scotty forgot to fall with Jindrak, almost causing Jindrak injury. Scotty went for a sunset flip which would've landed them in the same posistion as the hurricanrana, allowing Jindrak to "cheat" and win the match.
