Human Tornado Breaks Jack Evans Face With A Spin Kick.

During the 1/22/08 Dragons Gate Wrestle JAM 3rd Season Final Match, CIMA, Dragon Kid, Susumu Yokosuka & Human Tornado took on Shingo, Cyber Kong, Austin Aries & Jack Evans.

At one point in the match Human Tornado caught Jack Evans very hard in the face with a spin kick. The result impact caused Jack to suffer a broken nasal cavity, broken eye socket and broken cheekbone. This would require surgery involving four plates in his face and at least 6 weeks recovery time.
