Super Dragon fan disrupts Jamie Noble's interview.

While Jamie Noble was doing an interview for the Southern California Independent Federation on the outside of a local building. A fan wearing, a Super Dragon mask, mocked Noble from behind by making hand and head gestures while he danced around in attempt to distract Noble and/or viewers.

This went on for a good part of the interview. Finally, someone from the camera crew can be seen running in to drag the fan away in an attempt to prevent him from further disrupting the interview.
