Hisako breaks her neck and keeps wrestling.

During an AJW event on April 27, 1987 the Red Typhoons (Kazue Nagahori and Yumi Ogura) took on Hisako Uno Sasaki and Yumiko Hotta for the WWWA world tag team championship.

During the end of the second fall, Hokuto took a tombstone piledriver off the top rope the impact resulted in a broken neck. However, she wrestled the rest of the third fall holding her head in place with her hands!

This amazing act of toughness helped her gain a major reputation for her strength and determination.
