Hernandez hits his chin on ring pole.

During a TNA Impact taping, The Latin-American Xchange (LAX) took on Team 3D in a tag-team match.

At one point in the match when Brother Devon was in the corner, Homocide irish-whipped his tag partner, Hernandez, into the same corner in order for Hernandez to do a corner splash.

Hernandez was suppose to miss the splash in order for Devon to make the comeback. He wasn't, however, suppose to hit his chin on the corner pole.
