Jack Evans falls from cage to concrete..

On December 11, 2004 at Cage of Death VI at the ECW Arena, one of the Cage of Death main events was Team Ca$h (Chri$ Ca$h, JC Bailey, Nate Webb, and Sexxy Eddy) vs. Team Blackout (Ruckus, Sabian, Eddie Kingston, and Jack Evans).

At one point in the match, Chris Cash and Jack Evans were both lingering on top of the cage. Cash backdropped Evans off the top of the cage and it appeared that he was suppose to land on a table that was set up down below.

Instead, Evans landed violently on the concrete just inches away from the table. The result of this injury kept Evans in a neckbrace for several days after the match.
