Eddie Guerrero dislocates his elbow.

In the beginning of 2000, WWE had a story in effect that saw a group of former disgruntled and bitter WCW wrestlers (Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit, Perry Saturn, Eddie Guerrero) known there as Revolution, jump ship from WCW to WWF and became known as The Radicalz.

Benoit, Malenko, Saturn and Guerrero all wanted jobs in the WWF so Vince McMahon set them up 3 matches. The Radicalz would have to win at least 2 out of the 3 matches for all of them to receive WWF contracts. So during the February 3, 2000 WWF's Smackdown, the New Age Outlaws took on Eddie Guerrero & Perry Saturn in a tag match.

At one point in the match, Eddie Guerrero dove from the top rope with a frog splash. The impact of the move dislocated his left elbow, causing him to panic and call for his opponent to pin him. This of course caused an obvious problem to the storyline, which had to be quickly rethought by the creative team.

Guerrero was able to return to action 15 days later.
