"Diehard" Dustin Lee gets badly cut on light tubes.

On September 15, 2007, at CZW's infamous Tournament of Death: Fast Forward, "Diehard" Dustin Lee took on Danny Havoc in the opening round match-up in a light tube s, barbed-wire, and staple gun death match.

Towards the end of the match, Havoc performed a flying head scissors on Dustin Lee, with Lee landing in a pile of light tubes in the corner. Lee quickly rolled out of the ring and moments later the cameras caught the severity of the injury.

The light tubes had cut a huge chunk of flesh out of Dustin's back and the match had to be ended quickly. Dustin lost and returned to the back as the cameras kept rolling, revealing his skin to be barely hanging on to the bloody wound.
