Cactus Jack gives Sandman a concussion with frying pan.

On February 4, 1995, Cactus Jack took on the Sandman in a Texas Death match. The rules were after you pinned your opponent, he then has 10 seconds to get up or he loses the match.

Early in the match, Cactus Jack grabbed a frying pan from a fan and, not realizing the weight of the pan, crashed it down on Sandman's skull. You can see Sandman instantly stagger and go in a daze. Joey Styles commentary was recorded later on after the show and he mentions the obvious concussion Sandman suffered at the hands of Jack.

The match is featured on the Mick Foley DVD despite Foley's wishes. The match was not one of his favorites due to Sandman not realizing where he was half the time and the other half forgetting the rules of the match.
