Brock Lesnar drops A-Train on his head.

During the January 9 2003 edition of WWE's Smackdown, Brock Lesner took on A-Train in the main event.

During the end of the match Brock went for his finisher, the F-5, a move where he places his opponent on his shoulders, throws their feet out in the air and drops them face first onto the mat.

However, while doing the move, Lesnar released A-Train's head too early. For a smaller opponent, this wouldnt have been a problem but, for A-Train, the momentum and lack of direction caused him to land directly on his head, giving his neck and shoulders a sickening twist.
