Blood's arm and leg are severely gashed by light tubes.

On July 30, 2005 at CZW's Tournament of Death 4 in New Castle, Delaware, an "Ultraviolent Rumble" was set to take place featuring several trainees from CZW's wrestling school in a hardcore battle royal match. Around the ring, several variations of lighttubes and barbed-wire were set up. For many, this was their first chance to wrestle in front of a live audiance, so many of the students went all out to impress the crowd and their peers.

One student in particular, Blood, set up a spot where he was to be clotheslined over the top rope into a shopping cart stacked full of lighttubes. Blood went over the top and landed in the cart, but with the light tubes , being stacked, had no give. The result was one of the most sickening and horrific injuries in the history of not just CZW, but wrestling all together.

Blood jumped out of the cart and began limping immediately as a bloody wound could be seen on camera. When he made it to the back, it was clear how serious the wound was: the inside of Blood's leg, meat and bone, could clearly be seen.

The wound required 190 stitches to close and was out for six months.
