The Referee Falls Too Late After Stone Cold Stunner.

On May 18, 1998, when Mr. McMahon was attempting to detain Stone Cold Steve Austin in the ring, he told security and Sgt. Slaughter to apprehend Austin.

Austin defended himself and started giving Stone Cold Stunners left and right. One of which wasn't as devastating as the others, as it took the referee a second or two to fall down after Austin had already hit the canvas.
