During an episode of RAW is WAR on August 24, 1998, Undertaker and Kane were making their way to the ring. Jim Ross was hyping the moment since it was the first time the two powerhouses were on the same side.

In the midst of promoting this historic moment, Jim Ross, without missing a beat, referred to Kane and the Undertaker as "Kane and Mankind."
